I would like to talk about a problem caused by my internet provider. It happened a month ago and could not be solved for a week. In the meantime, I had no internet connection at home.
Internet outages occur in my neighborhood from time to time. Yet, the last one slowed down my connection a lot. I was unable to load even tiny web pages. Because of that, I had to call the customer service of my provider. It took me more than half an hour to connect to a real person. I got furious but I waited in order to file a complaint.
When I could finally mention about the problem to the call center representative, I was told that they would immediately work out the problem. But, it did not happen this way. It took almost a week. I had to call them every single day, but nothing changed.
I was too mad, of course. Nobody was aware of the problem. They just told me that they were working on it, but in fact they had no idea what was happening. They simply lied to me.
